   COMMENTARY: "Greater Good", where Gabrielle walks a few miles
in Xena's moccasins and other attire, earned a 4.7 rating,
placing 3rd in the action-hour competition.

   COMMENTARY: XWP was listed as in production and currently
casting in the L.A. area.


NEWSDAY. May 23, 1996. Thursday. Page B03. "She's a Winner as a
Loser / Heather Matarazzo: an Upbeat Li Teen Fills a Role as a
Downbeat Nerd" By John Anderson.
   COMMENTARY: In a piece about the up and coming 13 year-old
actress, Heather Matarazzo, who appears in the recently released
movie "Welcome to the Dollhouse", Ms. Matarazzo is reported to
have said that she "wants to work with Sharon Stone or Lucy
Lawless."  She then is quoted asking the reporter, "Have you ever
seen Xena: Warrior Princess'?".


THE TAMPA TRIBUNE. May 20, 1996. Monday. Baylife. Pg. 6. "Finale
word: "Seinfeld' sad, "X-Files' stale" By Walt Belcher.
   COMMENTARY: Reporter calls the battle of Star Trek: Deep Space
Nine and Star Trek: Voyager versus Hercules and Xena as "Star
Wars". The reporter further notes that Star Trek shows are being
overshadowed by Hercules and Xena.
